World’s Best Golfers Take On Stinger Challenge

Ahead of the Genesis Scottish Open, we challenged every player in the field to try and hit a replica DP World shipping container with a stinger from 70 yards.

On the 5th hole of the Renaissance Club, we put the accuracy and precision of the DP World Tour and PGA TOUR players in the field to the test with a target just 7 inches wide.

Elevated 6 feet from the ground, the target was also a test of the players’ ability to keep their ball-flight low, a skill they would need to perfect ahead of two weeks of golf on the windy Scottish coast.
