World Youth Forum 2018 – Recap

Over 5,000 Youth from more than 160 countries from around the world gathered at the #WorldYouthForum in Sharm El Sheikh between the 1st and the 6th of November with one objective in mind, to bring a positive change to the world. Through sessions, workshops and roundtables, the young visionaries were able to learn, share their experiences and inspire others around them. The forum also brought the Startup Vein an area for startup owners to share their experiences on stage to help others, as well as the 7 Pillars walkthrough museum.

The #WorldYouthForum also saw the launch of a truly beautiful art installation, the Reviving Humanity Memorial. A symposium composed of different hearts crafted by artists from around the world, each heart representing its country.

The evenings at the world youth forum brought the World Youth Theater, a hub for the arts where a multicultural play was performed among other entertaining and spectacular performances. Alongside the theater, attendees had the chance to enjoy, explore and experience the world through the Freedom.e, an edutainment hub filled with fun activities that deliver a multi-sensory experience.
