World War Z is based on a six-year-old film and copies an eleven-year-old game. The book its name is taken from is thirteen years old. SO, this is a very timely release.
When it’s not broken, this Left 4 Dead ripoff is actually quite fun and features giant piles of zombies to mow down in a satisfying way. Unfortunately it’s broken a LOT.

Worth every penny. They got rid of most bugs and when you want braindead fun this is great.

I was watching the footage and was like wow, the way there are so many zombies just everywhere, its like a tidal wave. Then Jim said it. Confirmed I have a little Jim in my head.
Had the same recording issues as Jim describes, audio sounding like it came out of a phone. Windows 10 update was the culprit, resetting recording settings to 8000 kHz (HOW IS THIS STILL AN OPTION?!), so always check it's set to "DVD Quality 48000 kHz" and 16 bit (or 24 bit), folks.
I hate the add system had to dislike the video. I don't mind adds at the start but when you have a add pop every 30 seconds it kills the video. Every sentence is broken up by the adds which make's it pointless to watch the video.
Any chance that Epic’s aggressive attempt to take a huge portion of Steam’s customers might twist Valve’s arm into, you know, making any game ever again?
Preferably, one of the many decade-late sequels.

On xb1 it is perfectly fine, doesn't crash (might have experienced one crash… My Xbox was on for over 8 hours, it overheated…. So, more or less a hardware problem. Shouldn't have had the heater on.)
There is zero reason to play this game.

Left 4 Dead is not the only game allowed in this genre. Which it is, a genre.
Can't really feel like wwz too much though 'cause in the movie and to some extent the book zambos were fast and strong like they're hopped up on PCP and bath salts, fighting one in close quarters was demonstrated to be extremely dangerous and even a single nibble is a nearly instant death sentence.

Gameplay ripoffs of good games are not such a big prob I'd say. I have already played all levels of L4D and Killing Floor so why not getting bit more fresh delivery of the gameplay that I enjoy with my friends.
