The Des Moines gets both radar and hydro. The Salem gets Radar or Hydro but not both, a big disadvantage. I bought a Salem way before I had the Des Moines. Torpedo look out module and vigilance captain skill is like what a 4km torpedo detection

I think the friendly Shima to the east was trying to intercept the Marceau the entire time. We had a clue the M was going around to the extreme east right at the outset of the match and the S, in my opinion, saw the danger and devoted itself to trying to do something about it. Fail though he did, I think he had the team in mind. Of course, I may have only revealed that I am a complete novice too.
