My brother was on a Sydney to Singapore 8 hour flight there was a burly family who bullied my brother on the trip please do something as my brother could not eat or sleep tonight next time please do not put him in a middle seat
Biggest liar…was assured by 2 different chat agents during 2 different chat sessions that the flight i am taking is eligible for miles accrual but after following up with numerous email, SQ has decided not to credit the miles. No explanation given and couldn't tell why have I been lied to
LMFAO, should have seen this crew on the flight to Perth (SQ225) on 2nd October.
✅ Uninitiated crew who simply walked away after giving you your food until you didn't get a chance to ask for something to drink ✅ An arrogant SOB who acted like he's doing you a huge favor when you just asked for some water. Bear in mind that it was towards the end of the flight and I hadn't even asked them for anything else before then ✅ World class, indeed 😂
And the funniest part was: the survey link they sent you after the flight didn't have any question about the flight experience. Just some questions about ~ease of finding information~. Seems to me like they know they are far from world class. Because if the survey had been about the flight, they would just be setting up themselves & opening up a can of worms 🥫🪱
I have flown with you many times and I love this airline. I am going to Europe next year and if I fly to Paris with Singapore I can only return from Athens with Scoot. Unfortunately it's not an option to return on that airline (and leg room is poor for taller people like me). So next trip I regrettably have to find another airline.
