I'm sorry to tell you this, but Promise is technically correct. Hollandaise is egg, butter, and lemon. Mayo/ aoli is egg, oil and lemon or vinegar.

I eat lobster all the time used to go to Massachusetts a lot. The blackness on the underside of the lobster tail is from the grill and if it's super black like yours is that means that kind of overcooked 😅the lobster .that's why you're saying it's not as tender and it's chewey.

They changed the filling of the cinnamon bites. Last year was so good, almost like a custard. Correct me if I'm wrong but even last year, by the last days of the festival they switched them to the same filling they have now. I guess it is cheaper for them. They just don't hit the same way anymore.
So exciting I’ll be there in April! As an Italian, I will definitely be skipping whatever that was in Italy though 😂
