Atomic heart is a cool idea but couldn’t recommend it to anybody
I loved the avatar movies, and yes! I am fully aware that hating on popular things supposedly makes you 'cool & edgy' but on the other hand! There's not many movies that have such a unique world and Pandora is fucking gorgeous, man.. Plus, pure nostalgia. Nothing can change my mind.
starfield?? 😂😂😂
This man call avatar dull, my god man
For phantom liberty do you need to play the main story at all to understand what’s going on I played cyberpunk when it first came out and all I really remember was the relationship between V and Johnny
Jedi Survivor is a verrry ugly game. So disappointing
Creation Engine allows unapparelled modding unlike Unreal Engine.
I really loved starfield to begin with, but i literally and figuratively hit a wall in that game. It didn't help that 3 of my quests were broken beyond progressing, two of which I believe are still waiting to be fixed – but also I dont feel theres much reason to revisit either. Which is honestly tragic for a game that was designed for players to experience 10 X over, yet only 10% of players bothered completing their first playthrough.
As a big fan of Bethesda games, the outdated mechanics and expected Bethesda jank wasn't nearly as problematic for me as the repetition of every cave and outpost being an exact copy, or the extremely limited base building despite having an overwhelming amount of resources to collect and very little to do with them.. A lot of the experiences i took from starfield just felt like a half baked idea, something that could have been there but wasnt, something that would have been bigger, but isn't, its like the game is presenting you with ideas that weren't executed, and that really wares down on you the more you try to play it. The fact they designed it to be played so many times is mind boggling to me given how little it has to offer. It seems almost entirely dependent on expansions and DLCS to make any return playthrough a worth while experience.
For me Dead Island 2 was super average. I feel like everyone expected a complete dumpster fire so when it came out and it wasnt people immediately started to give it more credit than deserved.
I loved Atomic Heart mainly for the incredible environment and cool enemies…but I admit it was far from perfect. That being said, I really hope Mundfish learns from their mistakes and comes out with an even better game next time.
10:00 is this a angry black lesbian or just a hipster?
The fact that you have Starfield listed at Number 3 as an Open World Game, along with Diablo 4, makes me realize I've been watching the wrong gaming channel. Horizon Zero dawn was missing from that list.
Phantom Liberty was my game of the year followed closely by TOK.
calling ff16 open world is really farfetched,
So… it was a pretty crap year for us Xbox players. 😉
D4 on a best of list?
I like FF16 but it's not open world, it's all small, enclosed, separated areas. Cyberpunk is a 2020 game. This list isn't making sense. Jedi survivor and dead island 2 aren't open world. Wth is this list? I think someone don't understand the concept of open world at gameranx
Dead Island 2 isn’t open world. Definitely not compared to the first game, Dambuster also never called it open world. That’s not a bad thing. Dead Island 2 was a wonderful game. 2 – 4 of the areas are basically corridors. So, while a good game and potential competitor for game of the year or Atleast some award , I don’t think it should be on a best open world game list. Dead Island 1 was open world. But, 2 probably not. It does feel open. If feels more confined.
is Baldur's gate 3 not categorized as an open-world game?
I hope this isn’t in order because Spider-Man 2 is top 2 or 3 at the lowest hands down! But other than the order great list as always!
