  1. Guys if you ever come to Indonesia, be sure to stop by at a warteg. A warteg is like a small spaced restaurant which has a lot of food varieties. And for only 1$ there you could get rice, spicy shrimp and clam (from my experience). Wartegs are everywhere cause they're small, as long as the streets are busy. Mostly you'll find them in a rural neighborhood like mine……

  5. Great video! I knew about sturgeon caviar, saffron and truffles, but not the other rare/luxurious foods here. Much better than ridiculous items like Strawberries Arnaud or Fortress Stilt Fisherman Indulgence, which only cost a fortune because of the gems.

  9. Caviar tastes ok but it aint worth the price. Its basically a really mild fishy taste, like eating a mild fish pate made up of little balls full of gel/liquid.

  10. For a great evening: cooked beef & potatoe or chicken & potatoe as a main seasoned with truffle, seared tuna with a spoonful of caviar on top as a starter and grilled melon and a glass of champagne to end the evening.

  11. I thought Wagyu beef was pretentious up until I actually had it. I swear there's no way you can eat it without noticing how extraordinary the texture is. It's definitely not something to eat every day ($25 a skewer) but more like an experience for you to understand how amazing meat can be.

  13. it's funny people always assume things, artificial breed Fugu costs about 7 us dollars a kilo, cheaper than a lot of everyday fish, and btw artificial breed ones are 99.9% safe to eat without a "professional preparation"
