I left my excellent banking career from India's most premium pvt Bank on 2 August 2024.
People would be happy if SBI staff resign and go rather than being in lunch breaks for 3-4 hours daily
30 life insurance, 50 credit card, 10 lakhs loan regular monthly targets. everyday office time but no fixed exit time.
Bankers are expected to do the usual bank job and act as insurance and marketing agents with unachievable targets.
Don't bring in Chinese data anytime, as we know how unreliable they are.
There is no security to bankers now a days, customers man handling bank staff for reasons which are not in the hands of the staff. Transfers, targets, tpp, implementation of schemes of govt and no pension after retirement etc… dealing with customers of rural branches is like hell. And fear of privatisation of public sector banks. This is subjective

Private banks issue is too much of foul languages used on daily basis on below managers grade people.
Low wages in the entry level coupled with lack of training on the complex financial products and tax rules, higher pressure on mid level employees, lot of mundane work at branch level due sudden huge financial inclusion (50 crore new customers across India post demonitisation), etc. collectively all these and a few more contribute to the exodus…
No leaves in NBFC , even Sundays and public holidays we used to work, high target and no work life balance , In India like nationalised banks there is no fixed work time in private banks and NBFC. That is why they are switching company regularly or moving abroad.
Government should impose strict working time for every companies in India. A strict regulatory board should check all this time to time.

I thought some time back people were saying there were no jobs. So now they have a job and choice as well good. I take it as positive news for India.😂
Stress is everywhere, I think people are finding it difficult to handle stress when it covers them in home, office, travel to office (traffic), colleagues, other issues like shopping, maintenance..basically all around !
I guess, Govt should give 1-2 week desires vacation every year, with half pay. The employees has to take it and spend time in some retreat or resort doing exercise, controlled food and relaxing
Once banking jobs were much sought after. Now it is a high pressure job .

Think about customers facing unreasonable rules( why fraudsters do not have any such ), indifferent attitudes. They stick to, just because there is no other go.
