These are the only 4 countries in the world that don’t have diplomatic relations with the United States. The first one is more than obvious as it is North Korea which has probably the worst relationship of them all. The next one may surprise you as it is Bhutan. Although the relations between them are seen as friendly there is no formal diplomatic relation. Moving west even more we add to the list Iran which is known for anything, but friendship with the US. And the last one is Syria. The rest of the countries have at least some diplomatic relations with the United States, however many of those are on very thin ice.
