The Darian gap Is now being crossed by foot by those making their way to the USA illigally.
The original route goes from Buenos Aires, Argentina, to Monterrey, Mexico. At no point does it include the States… or Canada… These were added later, as well as the sections from Santiago to Quellón in Chile and Buenos Aires to Ushuaia in Argentina.
