The History of World Economy

World

The United States of America, true to its name, stands as a testament to the power of unity and collaboration in driving economic prosperity.

With its vast expanse of land seamlessly connected by shared laws, currency, and infrastructure, the USA has emerged as one of the world’s largest economies. The borderless nature of the nation allows for the free flow of goods, services, and talent across state lines, fostering innovation, competition, and growth on a scale unrivaled by many other countries.

However, contrast this with the African continent, where the landscape is fragmented by dozens of borders, each representing a barrier to trade, investment, and cooperation. These artificial divisions, remnants of colonial legacies, hinder the continent’s ability to fully leverage its resources and potential. To unlock Africa’s economic prowess, it is imperative to break down these barriers and foster greater integration and collaboration among nations.

  2. That young teenage country blessed whole world. Modern era. Just a country has long history, it doesnt help any thing.

After declaration of independence, the government system which only worked for King and queen's benefit was gone.

First country ever "made" by its people, not by king and queen. It was a crazy experiment and in succeeded. Ruling without king and queen was possible. And it was blessing so many countries adopted us government model.

And also in the very recent 1910s, along with the nation's self-determination idea, it flourished many many nations declared its independence and its freedom.

  3. Agreed, but it sounded like you were advocating for a Pan Africanist singular nation. If we can Federate as seperate nations then I agree, otherwise, no thanks.

  4. This is bs. He's talking rubbish.

It's not the size of the country. It's the policies and the skills in that country.

  5. But that is stupid since the USA is a country and not a continent they expanded and conquered during their west ward expansion and you can drop trade barriers by signing agreement with your neighbouring countries or far away countries while respecting gheir way of life and culture and not taking away their sovereignity , a nation is where you preserve your language and your culture .

  6. The narrative of Africa will never change. Kwame Nkrumah, Gaddafi and others all made attempts at changing the narrative.
But so long as there are greedy men whom for their selfish interest would always team up with the CIA, theirs will always not be a United Africa.

  8. The most misunderstood open border policy.

The EFF policy stated clearly that people must be registered wherever they are in Africa. An establishment of one passport for Africa in order to achieve.

    1. Free movement of goods.
    2. Free movement of people.

Somebody, Google Aliko Dangote, and his visa struggles in Africa.

You will be shocked that a French man is more free to travel in Africa than actually an African man.
