These videos are soooo helpful! I love this game but my god is it tricky at times!
Some tips for the Switch port.
Similar to the Wii U version you can touch the screen and light up the tiles in the bonus area for the second star.
If you need a fire flower there’s a hidden block to the left of the where you’d light the fire.
There’s a hidden block with a gigantic mushroom towards the bottom right of Link in the second star bonus area. This can help you light up the tiles quickly but I’d recommend grabbing it just before you jump down as it’ll make getting the green coins for the third star much easier as you can just walk to them and don’t have to worry about the enemies or taking damage from the fire ring.

As mentioned below, there's a hidden block that will give you a fire flower to the left of the left torch when you're going for the 2nd star. Highly suggest using Peach on this level since she can float.
8-bit luigi Easter egg on the ball guiding puzzle sometimes.
Just FYI, you can light up the tiles in the bonus by touching them on the GamePad screen.
I hate it when they have secrets and they don't even give you what you need in the level. Its so rude. Thanks a bunch for the vids

You have to bring a fire flower into this level?
Just an added tip to this walkthrough, for the second star, and the bottom right hand side of the Link platform (i think three blocks up from the far bottom right) there's a giant mushroom you can use to highlight the blocks a lot easier. Keep up the good work X, your walkthroughs are direct and to the point. Best walkthroughs I've seen in the industry. And I mean that.
