this level is quite possibly the worst in the game

Me who has the invincibility leaf: I just jumped and floated to it, risking a life.

You can get the 2nd star with Peach by walljumping on the wall, then on the bridge, hovering back to the wall, walljump on it, then on the bridge again and finally dive towards the star. You will then either die or land on the other side of the lava pit, so you can go on if you picked up the stamp. This level was otherwise quite easy, honestly. Bowser was annoying, rather than hard, as he often refused to throw the bombs and resorted to his fireballs, taking forever to die.
just go to 1-1 and get a cat suit much faster than this wierd jumps
I didnt have a powerup to get the 2nd green star so i just jumped on that flying enemy, walljumped on the brick wall then on the bridge, and then i did a midair Roll lol

I actually made the second green star without any power up
I had oral surgery and this level sucked more than that
Step 1: Luigi
Step 2: die loads to get gold tanooki
Step 3: win
On the switch version the game stores the green stars when you die. So, you can also long jump to get the 3rd star.
Why is the stamp so obscure
0:23 oohh so that's how the game wants you to do it. I used Peach's floating combined with wall jumping and diving
This helped so much but you don't need the tandooki suit I did it with the boomerang suit
If you have roselina you can do it without powerups
I can never get the third star. I can reach it, and grab it, but I always mess up the bowser fight.
0:26 I was trying to get get this green star with no power up. It takes a few frame perfect jumps and by luring a flying enemy over. I was finally able to get it. Note that I only used Mario.
Wow, this is the first level, where I couldn't even get a single star or rubber stamp on my first attempt.
I had to kill myself on the game 13 times to get everything.
