Genuinely, one of the worst stamp locations in the entire game. The sheer fact the level design unwillingly expects anybody to think about searching outside a wall barrier that isn’t a main focus on the player’s perspective, is really unoriginal and will frustrate anybody.
Ahhh! These stamps are ridiculous to find! Very Nintendo of them.

Did you know they actually changed that star in this game and now they replaced it with a green star ring 😂
In the outside area where the second green star is located, There’s a place where the spike is just kinda inside a cage and I used my propeller box to go all the way on top of it skipping the second inside level
I found that you could walk out, but didn't realise the stamp

As others have mentioned; I understand the stamp's cleverness similar to some stars in Super Mario 64; but like some of the stars in those games you kinda had to have a certain mindset in order to recognize the question.
for switch users on the 3rd green star you can also press the gong with your finger using the touchscreen. idk if this works for Wii U users because i dont have a Wii U also whos gonna find that stamp on their own and whos gonna think you can go outside the building anyway?

Just dropping in from 2022 to say I also ran this level more than 3 times checking what I assumed was every nook and cranny. Thank you for the Stamp location

Only stamp in the game I had to use a guide for. I timed out in every room and spent literally hours looking. I'm pretty sure the is the only level you can move beyond the void wall towards the camera like that. I wouldn't have ever found it honestly.

Ah, I kinda remember coming here to find the stamp back in the wii u era 😂 Now im here in the Nintendo switch era looking for the same stamp
I have never seen the second indoor area because I always use the propeller box skip lol.
I get what they were going for, as the next set of Spikes’ spikey bars have a very clear exploding animation while these go off-screen into the black. But it seems like one of those things you’d never think of until you’re actively looking for it.

Some of u didn’t even come to this vid to know where the stars u probably are here to find the stamp which is super hard to find unless u go every corner u won’t be able to find it unless you keep look for years then maybe yes
