I disagree with Sen Paul that “social
Security is an entitlement”. It is most certainly NOT an entitlement because people pay into the fund their entire working lives. Originally, it was tax free and only for people who paid into the fund. Then it became taxable. Then the fund started to be used for other “requirements”. Then the fund was used to give SSA to people who hadn’t paid into the fund and even to illegal immigrants. I would agree the remainder of the entitlements are just that, entitlements and not earned.
Take away food stamps and welfare. Give no more aid to other countries. Got to do what you have to do. I am poor.
