So who did the ambulance pick up on Dec 28th? if you have a planned procedure, then diagnosed with cancer, why an ambulance? The rumor about Rose and about William being abusive, you would have thought if they could have paraded Kate out earlier they might have squashed those rumors which hurts the royal's long-term image and trust me if parading Kate stopped those rumors before they got out of hand, they would have had Kate speak up sooner. So how does William get his happily ever after and not face the same backlash his father did with Camilla/Diana? Easy have Kate die of cancer, then nobody will be angry when he remarries Rose in the hopes of them being King and Queen together and Charles also has cancer, all the people William needs out of the way for his happy ending all have cancer, what an unbelievable coincidence. I truly hope people get to see William, Kate and their children out and about together, with human eyewitness before the palace announces that Kate has passed away and William is engaged to Rose. If we don't see Kate out and about again before she "dies" of cancer then it's quite logical to assume her cancer video was a deepfake and Kate has been dead for almost three months at the abusive hands of William who will fall sooner than he thinks.
