Seriously, the second one in 2-4 is the best hidden one in the game.
I wish i knew about the secret goomba coin trick when i went to get triple crowns a year ago. My bethod got me 4 lives per level, while the method in 2-4 could get you 15-20 lives per level. It will still help me get the 1 million coins. I am at 270000 coins.

+JohnsonKe3 the bridge doesn't have enough room to support a fly in tanooki mario/luigi and you can't spin in NSMB2

at the 2-Castle you don't need the trampoline because you can use raccoon Mario to fly over there and also you don't need the pow block you can spin while flying
