  1. I'm glad you gave it a 10/10, but…tortilla chips are homemade or not the "dorito" crispy kind lol.😂
    I've rarely seen Chilaquiles with eggs, it's mostly shredded chicken with the eggs on the side.
    Just some tips to make this a 100/10. 😋👍

  2. As a Mexican I’m proud of the 10/10 nontheless hurt me a little to see him use those type of chips instead of the real tortilla chips slightly fried and eat them while they are still a bit crispy.

  7. Tip from my Mexican nana – if you make enchiladas make some extra for leftovers. Like lasagna, the enchiladas taste even better the next day! All you do is put them in a skillet, and start breaking them apart by using a spatula. When they’re hot leave in the pan with no heat so, they don’t get dry & cook the eggs like you did & top with salsa or some extra enchilada sauce if you have any, cilantro – basically what you did. We don’t like to waste food so, it’s another way to use up yummy leftovers to a whole new meal😋 try it with green chilie enchiladas cuz the green sauce is also delicious!

  8. As a mexican I will say that your salsa looked really good. I would eat that.

    You could add refried beans at the side, and the eggs are usually on the top after the cheese and cream. You can also use Cecina (salty cured meat, my personal favorite), pullled chicken (very common) or arrachera instead of the eggs.
