  1. Dude, that random earthquake was wild lol. Being in Florida I have never felt one. I love how casual you guys were just waiting it out 😂 I’d freak out.
Love Angie and Sandro in these videos!

  3. If people really cared about the environment, they would demand repairable components. This is exactly the opposite of what is happening. Products are disposable and more resources are being consumed building new stuff that is again, not repairable… good for the economy, short term, bad for the environment, long term

  4. Here in Costa Rica getting radiators repaired like that is still pretty common. If yours is completely trashed they can buy the core and end caps to build brand new ones too. I hate the trend towards throw away everything.

  5. Pakistani extreme repairs are the result of the disparity in wealth between the first world and the third world. Paying a skilled tradesman to rebuild that battery costs less than a new battery. If replacement batteries cost $1000, but rebuilding a battery only took a $150/hr tradesman four hours, we would be rebuilding batteries, too.

Among the wilder videos out of Pakistan are the roadside repairs. The trucks are loaded to the maximum that the frames will bear, so axles will break and the equipment needed to tow a heavy truck is not available, so the broken down truck must be repaired in situ. The broken axles is removed, taken to a shop that can repair it, and then remounted on the truck.

  6. Sometimes it's not the safest and might not hold but what are you gonna do. Imagine trying to find new parts for a 30 year old truck in Bangladesh or Nicaragua, even if you could order one online odds are they couldn't afford it.

  7. I need to hire you guys to help me build my old Corolla. We can patch it with some of these repairs. No one will know.

  8. I wanna see a challenge episode. Sandro on the “ghetto” team and Angelina on the “privilege” team. Hand them two of the same repair and see who can get it done faster and/or cheaper while still being certifiable !!

  9. Yeah! Somebody already read my comment!!! In Brazil we have a lot of these – I believe the bug video is already from here.

  10. I’m jealous of that relationship – Sandro made himself with her and she’s lucky to have him.
I could be wrong, but I’m still jelly – those two are a pair from God, bro.

  11. Yeah, being from Canada, I get how priveledged we are with the spending power of out money, and the easy access to parts.

Knowing people from Benin, or Vietnam? They will find a way to make shit keep working. Even shit that is "factory sealed, 1 use only," they can find a way to take shit apart without causing catastrophic damage, and then just put it back together. I have nothing but respect for them, fucking smarter than I am.

  12. My first job was a radiator repair shop in Canada. Classic cars & industrial got repairs, new cars got replacements.

  13. Man this makes miss the amount of actual repair we had back in the day. Everything nowadays is just replacement if it fails and you have to get a new and "improved" item
