Odradzam zakup. Mam tzn. miałem dwa zegarki PowerWatch1 i PowerWatch2. Oba wysłałem do firmy, ponieważ – pierwszy nie chciał łączyć się z telefonem, a drugi po dwóch latach przestał działać. Przesłałem zegarki w 2022 do siedziby firmy. Do tej pory nie mam kontaktu z firmą – nie odpowiadają na maile. Zegarek nie wart swojej ceny. Całkowicie nie polecam. Może jak zacznę wystawiać im odpowiednią recenzję wszędzie gdzie się da, doczekam się odpowiedzi od firmy.

The matrix power watch 2 is crap. It Will break after your warranty expires. Don't buy. Buggy software. A firmware upgrade made the watch unstable. When the battery was drained, the watch never charged again. The battery expanded and destroyed the watch making it useless as water resistance was gone.. I contacted support and they did not offer an option for repair as the warranty just expired. You are on your own after a year. Mine lasted 14 months. It never synced correctly. It worked great for about a month. A total waste of money. You are better off with a name brand watch

I've worn the Power Watch 2 (luxe edition) for a ridiculous ~4mos & it's currently at 57%…
I've had it since launch but pretty much forgot about it until March 2021 & I've had it on ever since (with the exception of when I sleep).
How can I get what seems like it'll be 8mos+ out of a single charge?
Simple – I disabled notifications & enabled "DND".
That's it.
Yes, that make it basically an expensive e-ink FitBit, but that's totally fine with me.

Avoid these watches, save yourself a headache, bought a Powerwatch dead on arrival, Matrix Industries won't refund the money without a $35 restocking fee.

Since last firmware update, that device is neither a smartwatch nor a simple watch !
No heart rate, no stepcount… and even no time!
I bought a Powerwatch II, Having connection problems all the time, everytime I have to delete the pairing on the phone and re-pair it again to get the watch connected, even worse, you have to synchronise to running data manually because when it gets connected, only the steps and calories are uploaded, not the running GPS logs, and it's very slow to upload GPS logs, takes more than 10 minutes and often fails. As a compare, my Sunnto Spartan does all these automatically. Regarding the battery, I did experienced auto shut down due to flat battery and have to charged it now and then.
It's OK but too expensive. I can't spend a PC money for a smartwatch.

I am tired of you being such a coward hiding and not taking any responsibility for the product you guys are so “proud” of! I got watch, waited 8 month or so to get it, enjoyed for maybe 2 months and it just died.
