Almost 50 years ago Torville and Dean were the "gold standard" of ice dancing and now, it's Chock and Bates. They may very well be better in this era than Torville & Dean were in theirs.

they have been so good for the last decade. SO GLAD they have been rewarded over the last few yrs,. YES TO PINK FLOYD AT WORLDS ! never did i ever think i would hear this masterpiece of music for skating . BRAVO

Never thought I would see Ice Skating to Pink Floyd. Wow!! However they were very very good! Keeping the beat!
Song selection makes such a difference in how i experience a program….unfortunately, i really didn't love this one.
This year and last year free dances are not as memorable as their snake dance and their astronaut & alien dance. I just can't with this this music and choreography, and they did not win the free dance – the Canadian did. Nevertheless, congrats on winning their 2nd world title.
Madison always designs the best costumes.
I love them. Been following them since 2014. So glad it’s finally their turn to shine. Hopefully olive medal in 2026!

WOW! Those lifts! And the choreography and costumes were spot on – and they really connect with the music.
After V/M retired, I thought P/C (whose skating I just love) would emerge as my clear favorite but C/B over the past 6 years have continued to come up with and execute well innovative programs that really incorporate great technical skills and artistic expansion. I love what C/B are doing. Different but not weird – and truly still based in dance.
