The International Court of Justice will not throw out genocide charges against Israel for its military offensive in Gaza, but stopped short of ordering a cease-fire. On the eve of International Holocaust Remembrance Day, the world court demanded that Israel try to contain death and damage in its military offensive. South Africa asked the court to order Israel to halt its operation, claiming genocide. The court in the Netherlands, which includes 17 judges, is an interim one that could take years for the full case to move through. Israeli government spokesperson Tal Heinrich joined LiveNOW from FOX’s Josh Breslow to discuss the ruling.

Without ambiguity the order is saying that if Israel cannot destroy Hamas without killing, wounding and starving Palestinian civilians, then they would be acting outside the ruling. If Israel are unable to show how they differentiate and show how they can target the militants with no collateral damage then they are not doing everything in their power to prevent acts of genocide. So shooting at or killing unarmed people, who are waving white flags, is not doing all they can and will be noted as an act of genocide. In effect Israel cannot pursue this conflict without harming civilians and should stop immediately or be bought up on charges of deliberate genocide.
The moment the people who doesn't stand with Israel right now, will see that Israrl told the truth from the beginning, it will be too late. The demage already been done 😢
