The Israel Defense Forces on Friday released the results of an investigation into a missile strike that killed seven World Central Kitchen aid workers in Gaza. Two officers — a brigade fire support commander and brigade chief of staff — will be dismissed from their positions. Before we get all sanctimonious just remember that Israel is at war and was brutally attacked by Hamas. Unfortunately in war innocent people are often killed intentionally or accidentally. Just look up how many times President Obama's administration killed innocent people at a wedding, and a hospital and blowing up a car just to mention a few. I believe Joe Biden was vice President then as well. That being said this is a horrible tragedy and better care needs to be taken to verify targets.
