  2. So… if it's made for embedded systems, why does it ship with Windows 10? A minimal linux distro seems like a much more natural choice. Or why even ship with an OS pre-installed anyway? Seems like a lot of wasted effort.

  3. How does this compare cpu and graphics-wise to a Gigabyte Brix with J1900 2GHZ 4 core in and intel HD graphics ? and is there a sata port yet ? looking to create a product but need at least that functionality

  4. When will you have more in stock? It's pretty much sold out everywhere and I really want one for some cool project ideas I have.

  5. I have a raspberry pi but it can't be used as an everyday computer. I think lattepanda will be my best option but the first stat I need is its Minecraft Performace 😛

  6. I wanna do a guitar audio DSP device with this. To run Guitar Rig and such.

How can I get at least mono input and stereo outs? is the included audio plug a combo (mic/st out) one?

Or, can I somehow get audio I/O through some other means? (pins?)

  7. I wonder how good this will be for game streaming from a gaming PC.. I mean one could hook the Latte Panda with a big screen TV and maybe game on also the fact that it runs Windows 10 its got countless applications. Would love to get my hands on this someday and test out stuff.

  9. This looks to be a great product at a great price. @ $139 for the 4gig version, it's a steal! (without licence) but I'll be putting linux on it, if I can. Some more research first. Can anyone tell me if it's a gigabit eithernet port? Can't see the speed listed on the main site. It is much better that all the intel's attempts. 🙂

  10. omg.
    I'm so creeped out
    1. there's a guy, standing around the corner
    2. one minute there's a jacket and the second, it's gone
    3. did I really just read these comments about games? and see someone act like they were giving you all selling advice by suggesting squeezing a beefed up video card in there?
I think I may throw up a little in my mouth.
anyhow GREAT JOB GUYS. I'm saving up for one now…. because I'm incredibly poor and don't know how to sell my ideas/creations. although latte panda, set a new par! but hey the hakko fx888 mine tries to hit 600° but then drops to 200° then back up then back down. what do you think? a bad capacitor? maybe I should fill the iron's tip with thermal paste till it oozes every where? it looks perfect inside though. any ideas? I can't afford a new one so, if you happen to have an idea….. I could use it
