This house is cold, way to big, completely over the top. Remember people who could afford this house are in their 40s or 50s, they have no interest in living in the way too expensive dream house of someone else, they don't need a house for so many people and no club. I always ask myself for who this has been build. It's worth maybe 100mio and i believe the bank will at a certain moment sell it off for 90 mio cause 340mio – 500mio is only the Price for the house, there are gonna be a lot of extra costs due to this high price, so i believe that will never sell but maybe booked as venues
I laughed a little when the narrator tried to make the $400 palm trees sound lavishly expensive. Compared to other parts of the mansion. That's pocket change.
