  1. This is total crap! Cars have been stolen like this since cars were first manufactured over a hundred years ago! My first car a ford you could open it with a Yale key! Manufacturers have never given a shit!

  2. Very interesting, thank you for the video!

It would have been interesting to show where the cars are going after they have been stolen. For mainland EU I assume they are going to eastern Europe. But since GB left the EU it should be difficult to get a stolen car of the island?

  3. I've got a range rover sports.. with a ghost immobiliser. Been checking my insurance as it is due. Checking with or without ghost immobiliser there is no difference in price.

  4. You can buy the key coder for $70 . The odd unit to code a key or pretend to be a keyless start, $120 and they work just fine. $15000 is for amateur thief’s with no skills. 😮😮

  5. What’s the difference between the thieves breaking into the house and threatening your family to get a code, and the thieves breaking into your house and threatening your family to get the keys? I’m not sure you’ve really thought about this. If they’re prepared to break into a house and threaten people they’re getting the car regardless of the make/model, its tech or its age.

  6. So it’s not set up at all and the camera inside the car just happened to be there and they kindly handed over the footage and no one suspected of a guy in a ski mask being followed by a cameraman

  7. Hello everyone, my name is Art Rice. I'm excited to share that I've invented a solution to combat auto theft. I've been actively reaching out to major automotive companies like JLR, DODGE, Lexus, GM, and Toyota, as well as Canadian law enforcement, political representatives, and manufacturers. Additionally, I've issued challenges to manufacturers, aftermarket companies, and tracking services to join me in preventing auto theft. Stay tuned for more updates on this important initiative!

  8. Great info,
Land Rover can’t hire a firm to go to peoples cars at home or work and update the system ,
Companies send out updates all the time, but they will get round the security in the future..

  9. Don't the air trackers will notify the thieves they are being tracked? Because people were using them to stalk people etc

  10. Ben Hadfield I know him. Just changed my car and new one doesn’t have keyless, found this pain but pretty glad now. You can stick key in microwave or freezer (risky) which has same effect as faraday pouch. Ok as a temp / emergency option..
