raging brachydios is really infuriating when you can't get used to his mechanics to be fair
As someone who could not beat him even after several weeks of attempts, its not a problem with brute wyverns cause i love anjanath when I play gs
its a problem I have with a lot of the super late game iceborne monsters (except fatalis), where they straight up just punish the player for doing anything (raging slime hell is a great example, you literally get punished for hitting the monster)
I feel this especially badly now that I'm playing bow and have to deal with the fact that I can't see what im dodging into and have to manage stamina like hell if I want to actually dodge anything
(the fact that people play this weapon without evade extender 3 on at all times shocks me, y'all are insane)
"stupid to not use these moves" I mean.. is it really stupid ? Because someone is playing sub optimally and it's out there for everyone to see? Who cares if he's not wallbanging, or making use of every single clagger, You really can do whatever you want in this game, it will just take longer, big deal. Stop trying to force mechanics down peoples throats and just let them do what they want to do. Me personally i have a mod that completely disables claggers and tenderizing, because i simply find it far too intrusive and it disrupts the flow of things IN MY OPINION. Stop tying his choices to "ego" , and just let the man play how he wants to, just like ALL of us do.
TLDR: My husband love/hates Raging Brachy because he learned the fight on a tv that only had Blue and White, no other colors, on insect glave, and beat it before we had to go home from a wedding.
My Husband and I were at a wedding for a long weekend and we brought the PS4 with us just so we could unwind a bit at the hotel. Glad we did as there was nothing we could walk to or anything to do near by. So we fired up MHW and he got back into the story and hit the big beautiful angry boy. As the fight went on though the colors started to fade out until the entire tv was just Blues and whites. This color issue persisted on anything we did on the PS4. So, with a broken hot tub, the breakfast bar in walking distance, and not knowing anyone but the groom we proceeded to fight him until the night before we had to go when he hit the dirt for the last time. He's been much easier to fight since.

18:21 it was not slime from the arm. It was from that three hit combo with delay and insane tracking that I HATE SO MUCH OMG WHY DOES HE TRACK YOU ON A FULL 360 DEGREE WHYYYY.

I still hate fighting brachy, and agree with Asmon. The fight feels really difficult with the slime, crazy large hitboxes, and hard to hit weak spots. Took me forever to beat him once, just felt to janky on some of its moves. It’s a cool monster and fight, but in terms of actually killing him, it SUCKS. For me personally
The last attack of Brachys triple headbutt has tracking her swings his head toward you.
A small mistake is Hell on an important hunt.
It's been fun getting my skill with the lance back. It's been years, but I think I'm on my way back to the person that danced around Velkhana and made a bitch of Raging Brachy. I definitely used to be better than this guy 😂

it's important to me, because it's my favourite layered set.
As someone who is colorblind the activate slime is just extremely annoying because I can't see the difference in color to know when its activated. As a result I generally think raging barchy is not a fun fight. It's extremely annoying and the spectacle of the last zone fades away after a couple hunts to make it just frustrating
The one thing I find funny about asmongold is that everything he likes is easy to him. When a challenge comes up to force him to be better he thinks the bosses are bad. Happens a lot
