These are all the countries that were ever defeated by France. Besides Europe it also waged wars in Africa, defeating 11 of today’s countries. In all of America, they won in Mexico and Haiti. Meanwhile, Oceania was luckily out of most world conflicts. Which is not true for Asia, where France defeated all of these countries. And that makes the final map.
