Just in time for the release of Warhammer the Old World, my Bretonnian army is ready for war. In this video I take you on the journey of collecting, painting and getting them ready for the table.

PATREON:
My patrons are the best. Get your name on the finished Imperator Titan I am working on! I appreciate your support!
All model paints used are from The Army Painter. I am now a member of their factory team! Their new Warpaint Fanatic line are really great top of the line paints. Full disclosure – Army painter pays me, but I spent months testing the paints before agreeing to sign. I would not recommend them to you guys if I wasn’t perfectly happy using them myself. Anyways they are available here:

The pegasus trippant is contourny.
Great video and the detail on those minis is incredible. You did a great job on your armies.
Great attention to detail and I love that you are fulfilling a childhood dream in your adulthood. Keep it up!!
Maybe totally unnecessary but , adding flocking and other basing materials like you have on the bases to the movementtrays would imo make them that much more special
That fallout boy clip reminds me of college on a “Saturday”.
You didn't follow rules of tincture. For the Pegasus knights.
Heraldry banner problem. Two tinctures (non-metal colours) next to each other
Have you considered flocking your spaced movement trays? I'm trying to decide if I want to flock mine.
Love the paint job and the story behind it!
IT IS COLER ON COLER
The horse in the banner has wings and horses don't have wings. Birds do.
Fantastic video my friend! I have always dreamed of having a Bretonnian army. Back when I got into fantasy I wanted Bretonnian’s but the range was quite limited and the rule set was old so instead I went with the new shine empire models.
But now with the old world my chance to collect the noble Knights of Bretonnia has come forth once more! For the lady!
Very impressed, great job!
I didn't grow up on Warrhammer, but they did bring me back to the 90's play with the classic Lego Castle sets. My first army I made to practice with One Page Rules was Lego Knights and I so want to make my own knightly army. Thanks for all the Bretonnian videos!
@ericshobbyworkshop I have a metal Bretonnian men-at-arms standard bearer and musician, as well as the metal bowman that you may be interested in adding to your amazing collection! These are semi-painted as I was goign to instead use them for D&D. However, since I'm not collecting Warhammer TOW Bretonnians, they would be far more useful in your army instead 🙂
The Pegasus on the banner is running away! It should show its bravery by facing the enemy!
👍👍
I get your name scheme. My Orcs and Goblins army was the Bloo Toofs. Their symbol was Blue tusks on the banners and any exposed lower teeth or teeth-like object.
Hey Eric if your into knights and like to read I highly recommend The Red Knight series by Miles Austin (Canadian). He’s the one that got me wishing I could have build my own “Lance” with the Bretonians
I'm hoping they release a new Empire Army soon bc that's the one I'm interested in and I had no idea what Warhammer was when they canceled Old World, I was 7, so I appreciate them bringing it back.
goblin green bases…. nices 😉
This army is AMAZING!
I started gathering my own Bretonnians some time ago, and recently acquired a second batallion! Thanks to you, I am more inspired than ever to get into painting my knights. I can't wait to see my army march for the glory of the lady!
You're the royarch we always needed, Eric 🙂
One of the most inspiring ideas and videos on painting. Thank you!
I hope you gonna have a lot of fun with these knights. They look great!
Those Foundry HYW models are the old GW/Citadel models that made up the Brets pre-5th edition. Technically they're GW tournament legal.
Great video
Eric – Some of you probably weren't even alive in 2003.
Me – Nonsense, that was only a deca- oh no, that was 21 years ago.
wel me sory i ues batones with my enpier army and my evil plain is to do the same but itsd your paint job thats great and yes using NON GW guys in rank fill is te whay to go yes the fist 5 guys are GW reat of the 20 well will blame on foury like get the amazons thay got epashy the chaets like say you did great job doing this army will tune in to new you do
Those grail knights are really starting to look like Attilan Rough Riders.
Beautiful army
Another channel and another vid?!
Crazy free hand on the great banner bearer 👏👏
anyone who is upset with you for opening those sealed Grail knights can stuff it its gonna bring you joy to bust them open and play with them which is way more value than they would ever have
I was just finishing my first year at college in 2003 #oldisgold
Great work Eric! I have a huge stash of unpainted 5th ed Brets. Your speed paint examples look great so may use that as you did to crank the units out.
Bobs and bangs guy should be Dee dee, the Ramone
