In this DCS World Simulator video I’m in the F16 Viper trying a mission in the Desert Storm time frame, Hope you guys enjoy!
I love playing simulators, I started with Arma 3 and then I saw DCS World. I also enjoy War Thunder , Battlefield , Ghost recon, Squad , Rome total war, Microsoft Flight Simulator and more. I also enjoy World War II games including il-2 In DCS World i found all the jets that i wanted to fly in a simulator the F 16 Viper , FA 18 Hornet , F 15 Eagle , A 10 Warthog , SU 27 , Mig 29 , P 51 , Spitfire , AH 64 Apeche , Heuy and more… And if you will download MODs the options are endless: F 22 Raptor, SU 57 , A 4 Skyhawk , SR 71 Blackbird , Rafale, Gripen and the list goes on.
My PC Specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5950X 16-Core Processor 3.40 GHz
GPU: Geforce RTX 2080ti
RAM: DDR4 Corsair 3200 MHz 32 GBB (total of 4 sticks so 128 GB in total)

I also wanted to ask something, it's not very relevant with this video, but I hope it can be of interest to you. Very short premise, I mainly okay War Thunder due to me not having a proper setup to place DCS, something that happens there is that when the bandit flies very low to the ground (treetop level or lower), radar missiles tends to miss the target and hit the ground even from a top down launch. So the missile isn't trying to lead the target and hit the ground, but gets within a few feet of the aircraft and misses it crushing into the ground. (Note the main missiles used are AIM-7 F & M or R-27 R & ER.
I was wondering how does that stack up in DCS (including missiles like early or late AMRAAMs.)
I'm not expecting a video, but just to understand if that happens in DCS / Real life (for what information we may have) or not at all.

It was in 1991? asking because the steerpoint was very precise like with GPS. Also, you didn't use the laser for ranging.

Crazy! As an Infantryman in Desert Storm ( dismount Team leader Bradley Fighting Vehicle US Army) I thought us ground pounders we're raising alot of Hell on the Battlefield. Got to witness alot of the Air battles/bombing with Pvs 7 Bravos night vision. This video is very accurate through NVG's . Great Video Longshot !❤
