i believe whats going on here and all these OPEC + Russia should be scared here is the US "relaxing" sanctions on Venenzuela, mainly its oil. for the past yr, due to the Middle East sticking its middle finger to the US and its Allies, the US is turning back to Venenzuela. recently, good faith exchanges has been established with Maduro with the exchange of prisoners between both countries. Maduro is afraid of losing power so he created this false narrative of attacking its neighbor Guyana just so he can maintain power. with this newly lifted sanctions from the US, Maduro can now show his people that it was him that made it happen. this will keep his power for a lil bit longer if the US and its Allies come back buying its oil. if Venenzuela can start selling its oil, OPEC + Russia will lose its power to control this market because Venenuela oil reserve dwarf russia and opec and can flood the market, dropping its price tramendously. US and its Allies will start buying their oil and leave this unstable Middle east alone AND compete with Russia to sell their oil China and India.
the second thing is manufacturing. as the rest of the world are moving its manufacturing closer back to the US, mainly Central and South America, they will leave China to deal with their shipping problems thru the Red Sea and Strait of Hormuz. most of EU supplies will come from the America Regions where the US can easily protect its shipping and once again, leave the Middle East alone. the Middle Eastern countries are calling death to america? America is tired from protecting this region and are tired of spending all this money in the region so once they leave, lets see how many more calling "death to America".
third, ive been saying China is a different animal and i dont think Russia or the Middle East know who they dealing with. I know how this region think and ive been saying China is NOT happy being dependant of Middle East and Russia for oil.. eventually they will take over SIberia from Russia to be completely independent of the Middle East and Russia. they will slowly let Russia get weak and will peacefully take over Siberia. this is where most of Russia oil come from and is close to China. i dont know when it sometime in the future, China will take this part over. China only weakness is Oil and Gas and if they were to go to war, once someone cut that supply, china will go down. they know this and are working toward that. as for the middle east, its a temporary friendship until they get what they want.
this is purely my take on whats going on in the world.

What i think?, i think the Russian officials have maybe missed and regretted any relationship build up with the rest of Europe and Russia becoming part of it so it can sustain its own culture within Europe and seeping all of the benefits within the European single market, but instead we are living in the Putin era where he thinks he should own Europe and behest friendship with China instead of doing the other way around with building better relations with Europe.
