Smith out of the wc with 4-0 is unworthy of a title defender.
Bunting did not play bad however he could not find top form when it counts. Worrying thing for the rest of the players is how much of a hammering MvG inflicted when he was only in second gear. If he properly shows up in the later rounds the with the exception of 2018 Gary Anderson the others don’t have a chance.

Like so many people who simply don't have Sky and are able to watch these matches live, I am SO grateful to be able to see them the following day. However I am constantly disappointed to be met with SPOILER ALERTS such as "Champ dethroned" and "Barney is back". Really spoils the enjoyment. I also notice that this comments thread is littered with people saying the same thing. I might be a grumpy old man, but I don't remember watching the highlights of the 1966 world cup final preceded with the title "England win the World cup". PLEASE stop it.
