  1. Reason for Russ last Squat not being legal looks like soft knees.
Depth is questionable – probably good – but knees definitly move in the locked position.

  2. The extra 7 kilos forces jurgins to be more under pressure. Doesn’t matter if he can pull more on his last dead. The pressure would force him to possible try and catch up on bench which would’ve changed everything.

  3. that 3rd squat for Russell was definitely deep enough, it was deeper than the first 2. Russell however could've got 5 kg more on the bench and 5 less on the 2nd deadlift but 5 more on the last deadlift. the gap would've been bigger and the English could've missed that 370 deadlift. Congrats to the winner though, he played it real smart.

  5. i have a genuine question regarding jurins squat total his 3rd attempt is 310 kg but they registered 315 instead of 310 . why extra 5kg added ?

  6. What the fuck was with the squat calling for Russ!!!!! He busy his ass on the floor! Please don’t ruin this beautiful sport with poor judging and politics like they did with bodybuilding and boxing!

  7. It was in Europe and they needed their guy to win. They know Russ dusted that dude. This only makes Russ more hungry
