I understood him perfectly (I’m not an intellect) .
Basically such an event is understandable seeing that so many in both parties have been tossed aside and that action has produced fear and fear produces anger and violence. That being said, nothing has changed and ultimately we will move on once we get used to the new “world order” and things will settle down.

Peter is a demographics numbers guy with a good grasp on global status quo. Give him a pumping stable economy and he's comfortable telling you where to lay your bet. This is not that. My guess is that his schedule is so busy he really doesn't have time nor is he suited (no disrespect) to take full notice of potential shifts that may be more obvious to others. Times like these and it's anybody's guess.
