17. I want ALL cinnamon suppliers of that spice in the USA to have their products checked to see if any of their cinnamon spices may also have lead contamination in them. It's possible in Ecuador that many cinnamon farms may treat the bark of those trees with lead against pest damage. Cinnamon is an inner bark of the tree, dried, then ground into a powder. Their may be other sources of lead contamination of cinnamon spice here in USA. FDA needs to do widespread testing of all suppliers of cinnamon products.
