I think Manchester united could sellout a 120k seater stadium easy.
Desperately need a state of the art stadium for the biggest club in the world 🔴
The so-if stadium cost 5 billion. Where are we getting that money?
United should redevelop the whole area making it the Capital of Manchester
There are so many fans scared of change who dont have commercial and business awareness and lack intelligence. A renovation of old trafford would have been perfect IF the glazers had maintained the stadium every year but never did. The Camp Nou and Bernabeau have been maintained yearly hence why they both were able to rneovate. Furthermore, a renovation of the stadium would never work because where will the team play during the works..? No where especially with the severe debt, too. Therefore, the only solution is to build a new stadium, I said in this in the beginning yet some fans dont think outside of the emotional attachment. You look at the Mercedez-Benz stadium in Atlanta, Sofi Stadium in LA, Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Spurs Stadium that are multi-purpose modern stadiums that all generate multiple streams of REVENUE. A new stadium will be the most expensive BUT it will be paid back far quickly with the multiple revenue streams and increased capacity with far more VIP Hospitality. The VIP has to rival if not better the Bernabeau, Allegiant and has to be akin to royalty. The capacity of Old Trafford should be 120,000 as there are so many fans that will fit the stadium. The stadium will have other amenies and be used for global events. Commercial and business pays for winning football matches and signing the best players, winning trophies as well.
Season ticket for me…Some don't want this lol.
It needs to be at least 200,000 capacity otherwise forget it
it gives a sense of scale too
ordinary football fans want terraces , pies & a decent pint , not all this B/S vip , fan zones , yuppie flats etc
Listen, we have to be realistic here. The Glazers aren't going to invest any money into renovating the stadium or building a new one. They're just sitting back and allowing Ineos and Ratcliffe to try to get the most money they can for their share of Manchester United, all while they line their own pockets.
I think the Glazers' reluctance to fund any project will create massive obstacles for us, hence why we can see Ratcliffe and Ineos lobbying for public funding.
While all of this seems positive at first glance, I have concerns about how the profiteering Glazer family is lurking in the shadows.
Really enjoy this content! 👍👏
The George Best Stadium 🏟️
I don't see them getting 115k capacity stadium. 100k will probably be the maximum and I'd be fine with 90k
It’d be nice to have the ability to actually purchase a ticket and take my boys to a game. It’s virtually impossible at the moment.
Would love to see a roof over the pitch for those chapions league nights to build a massive atmosphere
Just make the seats smaller and you can fit more in.
Great video Sam
Our club cant even sell our players for mere millions, you should stop selling such dreams from united, plz stop this kind of post to build hope, these sort of dreamy ideas were possible only if saudis had bought our club but with enos and the cunts in our club still its not possible
Why are people concerned with the stadium, it won't be here for at least a minimum of 5 years
We should be looking to make the capacity 115000 seats that will make Old Trafford the biggest capacity in global football that’s a statement to who we are
115000 seater stadium is very good for man UTD. We should make it up 120,000 seater stadium
115 😂😂😂 nah united is mocking city Sam
120000 to 150000 if building a new stadium with full roof
The artist's impression looks like they've draped a tarpaulin over the whole thing 😬 I preferred one of the originals that Sam showed, with the silver cladding and integrated railway line. That I think looked far better 🤷♂️

What INEOS is doing with Man utd, soon will be back on top. I am so excited about the future
Hello 👋🏽 Sam Well I'm 46yrs old now so Hope that I'm still here breathing when it's built done and finished ✅️ The Future of man utd will be Great InCummmmmmin
Idk but for some reason these potential stadium designs just look gay to me 😂
Project campus
As master yoda said intrigued indeed.
They been talking about this for 8 years it will never happen
Love this vid, not seeing anyone else in the community keeping tabs on it!
Keep it up!
Exactly the capacity united need. Would fill 115 000. No problem.
A massive club like united deserves a stadium like this
Snapdragon Old Trafford 🏟️
I think I'd prefer a new stadium that's built in a kind of old style as opposed to these modern futuristic "arty" looking stadiums. As a nod to the history of United, and the railroad workers history and all that.
I mean obviously I want a new stadium with all the mod-cons and all that, but maybe with the old red brick style and a kind of retro look… instead of a stadium that looks like a bedpan or a vagina or something like that…
I will buy my binoculars now.
VERY interesting. Looking forward to more videos on this subject. Sir Jim’s vision is exciting!
That’s horrendous
115,000… That'll be 1000 fans for every one of Man City's charges 💀☠
Wow, that Saudi stadium is something else. And that 'something else' will be after the Friday prayers – the Friday slice and dice🪓.
Horrible bastards!
This stadium looks nice from the inside, don't like it from above, looks like a giant net
Great video as per usual Sam. Love these stadium related videos. I'm so excited for a new stadium with 100k+ capacity and redevelopment of the surrounding area
WOOOOOOOOOOOOOW ❤
