Watching this season of pokemon inspired me to want to compete in VGC next season, then I just read that they’ve changed it so only 75 people from US can qualify – there’s no way on this planet I’m in the best 75 in this country – nor will I ever be – i definitely think with enough dedication I could have earned enough CP though. Pretty discouraging, not sure if I even want to compete if I have zero chance of getting to qualify for worlds ever. But I guess that’s what VGC wanted when they implemented this rule. I just hope they come back from this over correction eventually. Just like – OF COURSE it’s my luck and timing that as soon as I’m ready to dive in head first – I’ve already lost my shot – just like basically everything else in life lol. Sad.
