A massive tech failure that caused chaos around the world on Friday is continuing to cause disruption into the weekend.
Cyber-security firm CrowdStrike has apologised after an update to its antivirus software – which is designed to protect Microsoft Windows devices from malicious attacks – instead caused a global outage.
The outage caused thousands of flight cancellations and delays across the world, while banking, healthcare and payment systems were also affected.
But, while the software bug has been fixed, experts say the manual reboot of each affected Microsoft computer will take a huge amount of work – and may take some time.

Microsoft allows "Crowdstrike" software to be used in their platform and marks it safe for usage (are they flagged for being a malicious software? No?). Equally responsible. External softwares should never be able to interfere and disrupt the normal operations of the main OS and hold everyone hostage. The fact that Microsoft allows this to happen says one thing. It's vulnerable and there are no safety net/measures. Apparently, Indian CEO Satya Nadella, did not ensure the reliability/quality of it's product, eg. doing multiple quality checks or implementing safety measures throughout his 8+ years of tenure as CEO since year 2014. He is reactive but not proactive and fails to foresee this due to lack of foresight. That is 8+ years of negligence and overpaying and uselessness of this CEO.😅🤣😂😁😇🤭Don't hate me or my comments, hate facts instead.

CrowdStrike made a tremendous accomplishment: getting free advertisement from news media across the globe that made them even more famous worldwide.
An excellent validation of how the West can withdraw services to the " users" should these terrorist actions continue. Attacks on internet cables by rabble cultures cannot prevent spaceage West from selectively using their " assets". Truly validated as a " victim" where optimal safeguards exist. The use of "power" militarily, economically, industrially or otherwise could follow on deprived dependent antagonists. 😅
