This is the Scolopendra gigantea, aka Amazonian giant centipede.
These unnaturally large arthropods have 46 yellow legs and can grow up to around 35cm in length, about the same a mans forearm
They have a venomous bite they use to kill it’s prey which can be anything upto the size of a mouse, bat, small snakes and birds.
Whilst the bite is not fatal to fit healthy humans, it can cause severe pain, swelling, chills, fever, and weakness…..

Hate freaks that feed geckos n mice to centipedes idc its pure cruelty how could you wanna see a poor mouse or gecko be visciously killed by those monsters. Even worse when a coward puts a mouse in a tiny cup with a centipede in fear that the mouse might kill the centipede instead giving the mouse no chance to manuever n fight back.

I find the Golden Orb spider almost endearing compared to the other spiders we have here in Australia. Such as the Funnel web spider and wolf spider, red back etc etc…
Also the silk from the Golden orb spider can be used to make a material that is stronger than Kevlar.
That sea cucumber is adorable.
The golden orb weaver is called the banana spider? I'm pretty sure they also call Brazilian wandering spiders banana spiders sometimes. Make sure not to get confused! One weaves huge webs. The other packs insanely potent venom and can be quite agressive.

I don't really get the aye aye. if they are killed on sight and have their carcass hung out, why are they not afraid of humans? seems like such a stupid animal would have gone long extinct.
