I live in Switzerland and I worked once with a girl from Cape verde and I was exceptionally surprised how rude she was as she made me wait for her 15 minutes in the sun while she was getting cookies, however she ate them without offering any 😅😅 by the end of the packet she said “would you like?” And I just grabbed one in a hurry. It was lunch time and she didn’t offer me anything (she didn’t even pay me for the job I did to her btw) 😅 so learning now it is rude in their culture not to share food made me even more annoyed 😅
Btw Manatees can't hurt you. They are incapable. Plus they are so chull you can pet a wild one and even if it could it wouldn't attack. Gentle giants and the best kind of mermaid

Once my brother was in a pond where you can see manatees and he was canoeing. He put his oar down and a manatee almost slapped him off he boat with its tail. Then, he was going away when the manatee started to follow him😂😂😂

Im always confused about the english words for some stuff. So often i see the animal for the first time When you're done. It's kind of fun. Also in german we have i think a more fun way to say manatee. The Word for word Translation is Sea-Cow. Wich I think is helarius. Also imagine seeing a animal literally named SEA-COW and saying: Yep definitly a Mermaid with some masculine features

I once went to a mermaid show as a little kid. The show took place in an underwater theater that was connected to a body of water that manatees lived in. During the show one swam onstage and swam around just in the middle of the show. This wasn't planned or anything (we heard some staff talk about it afterwards), but it was hilarious.
I never knew manatees lived that far east! Are they the same species as the ones in Florida?
